I like this because the eye contact is quite engaging. It looks as though the star is actually looking at the audience. It also goes with the colours in the image below with the words 'the Studio' in the background. The only thing is that a drawback of this image is that the background does cover the whole image however this can be easilly corrected on photoshop.
I really like the lighting in this image. It also looks really relaxed and makes the artist look more personable.Something I don't like about the image is that his face is partly shadowed, however that could add to the stereotype as it could connote that the star has something to hide, making him more mysterious.
I like this image the most as it seems to follow the typical conventions of a rap artist best.
